Starting a trip
A few steps to get everyone together.

Create an account or sign in
Register and continue through onboarding, or sign in to your existing account.

Add a destination and dates
Your trip dates create the days for your itinerary.

Invite your travel companions
Bring the group into the trip, with Captain, Co-Captain and Crew member roles.

Add the details your group needs
Plan days, talk in group chat, record shared INR purchases and add useful files.
Common questions
A few useful things to know.
What file types and sizes work?
Trip files support PDF, JPEG, and PNG, up to 5 MiB per file and 25 MiB per trip. Visibility can be trip-only or uploader-private.
Does HeyRahi pay people back?
No. The workspace records INR expenses, allocations, and internal repayment balances. Your group settles outside the app; balances are not the trip’s total spend.
Can I book travel or store identity documents here?
No booking providers or reservations are connected. Don’t upload passports or personal IDs; use trip files for appropriate trip-related documents.
